The NNPC/Renaissance JV Enterprise Development Program (formerly known as the NNPC/SPDC JV LiveWIRE Program) is a youth empowerment initiative designed to equip young Nigerians with entrepreneurship training, start‑up financing, mentorship, and access to funding opportunities. It aims to help participants establish and sustainably grow their own businesses.

- Be indigenes of Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, or Edo State.
- Hold a University degree or HND in any discipline.
- Have completed NYSC (if within the mandatory bracket).
- Not be engaged in paid employment.
- Possess an innovative and viable business idea.
- Not have operated a business for more than 3 years.
- Not have previously benefited from the program or similar community enterprise initiatives.
